Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree 21/2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without having to provide any reason.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal

Effects of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
If the 14-day deadline falls on a holiday, Saturday, or Sunday, the deadline is extended to the first subsequent working day."
We will carry out such refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such refund.
Return of products
You must return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the expiry of the 14-day period.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
- Goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
- Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- All products made to measure, personalized, or made to order for the customer are excluded from the right of withdrawal, pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Consumer Code.
