🐭 Are your products suitable for rodents?

Yes. All Maw's Habitat products are designed specifically for pet rodents such as rats, chinchillas, degus, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs and other pets.
The materials and construction solutions are chosen to ensure bite resistance, safety and ease of cleaning .


🔧 Are the products handmade?

Yes. Maw's Habitat products are handcrafted in Italy .
This allows us to take care of every detail and also offer customized solutions when necessary.


📏 Is it possible to request custom sizes?

Yes. Many products can be custom made .

In these cases:

  1. choose an indicative variant on the site
  2. complete the order or contact us
  3. Please let us know the exact measurements of the product

We will create the product adapted to your needs.


🪵 What materials do you use?

We use selected materials for animal safety:

  • Aluminum – bite-resistant, hygienic and easy to clean
  • Beech wood – non-resiniferous hardwood
  • Metal and technical components to ensure stability and durability

We avoid resinous woods that may be unsuitable for rodents.

🧼 How do you clean the products?

Most products can be cleaned simply with:

  • cold/warm water
  • neutral detergents
  • cloth or sponge

Aluminum is particularly practical because it does not absorb odors, dirt, or rust.


🐹 Are the products bite-resistant?

Yes, many Maw's Habitat products are designed to be bite-resistant .

We use materials such as aluminum , or protective edges that reduce the risk of rodents damaging the structures.


📦 How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally prepared within 5–10 working days , except for products made to order or custom-made.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code to monitor your shipment.


🚚 Which courier do you ship with?

Shipments are made via Poste Italiane / SDA .


🔄 Is it possible to make a return?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery , provided that the product:

  • has not been used
  • both in original condition
  • be returned with the original packaging
